Sales Support Analyst

Full-time position (37½ hours per week) and reports directly to Head of Institutional Sales. Based in our London office.

Role requires the individual to provide comprehensive and essential administrative support to members of the company’s Institutional Sales team.  This important job contributes to the quality of client service provided by the business and aids the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Completion of RFP requests and maintaining centralised RFP register
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations for internal/external meetings
  • Arrange appointments for BDMs and organise/supply presentation/product information needed for meetings
  • Production of paperwork relating to all Institutional Sales transactions
  • Record activity and update information on Salesforce
  • Assist with organisation of FE at exhibitions, events and roadshows

Key Skills

  • Excellent organisation/time management
  • Work accurately with great attention to detail
  • Advance MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience of Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people
  • Previous experience of working in a sales environment
